  • Originally built in 1599 by Shakespeare's playing company, the globe is located on the southbank of the river Thames and next to the Tate modern. This is one of many little spots in London where there is still an old vibe, with the Globe theartre , there is a wonderful looking cobbled stone road and some old cottages. I decide to try something different with this painting compared to the usual London cityscapes that I love creating, by adding a different colour as the sky instead of black, thus creating a more pop art style. This is an original acrylic painting by Darren Andrews, painted on quality 300g primed paper, it is double mounted and framed. This original artwork comes complete with a signed certificate of authenticity from the artist.
Actual artwork size is 40.5x40.5 cm, overall framed size is 58x58 cm.
